About 3ev
3ev is an independent digital agency building and operating digital products for organisations across travel and aviation, education, ecommerce and the third sector.
Alongside our client work, we build and develop our own products and platforms too.
We're a small, fully remote team, which means people can have a meaningful influence on both the work we deliver and how the company develops.
We're interested in people who take ownership, communicate clearly and care about the quality of their work. You might be methodical and meticulous in how you deliver, curious about the problems behind the brief, entrepreneurial in spotting opportunities, and comfortable liaising directly with clients where your role calls for it.

Because this is an open call spanning different functions and levels, there isn't one meaningful salary range we can publish for it. If we identify a potential role together, we'll be clear about its level and salary range before asking you to enter a formal interview process.
