The specialist in luxury villa rental holidays in Florida and the wider world launched their site in 2019. We designed, built and continue to support this very easy to use travel site, powered by our very own booking engine, VillaGoGo.

VillaGoGo!
The site is built using our own property management system Villagogo. As you’d expect, this takes care of every aspect of the property bookings, and availability. Built in Laravel, the interface allows for the admin team at Exclusive Private Villas to take bookings both on their site and over the phone. For this luxury end of the market, many clients prefer a phone call to finalise a booking, for those who don’t there’s the option to instant book.
Villagogo is multi-currency and it is perfectly suited for use on large travel websites such as Exclusive Private Villas who operate out of both the US and UK. Through this we promote villas on multiple channels, integrate inbound and outbound feeds in realtime over our powerful API. EPV Keep their customers coming back for more, with their Zoho CRM.
To help the process run smoothly, the booking system, CRM and other analytics platforms are fully integrated. The CRM increases bookings, the increased booking data helps refine the offering and deepens the insight into what customers are looking for.
The Villagogo booking system goes a step further by providing their in-office team with a complete overview as to availability and payment status, thereby ensuring that any phone enquiries can be dealt with with an informed overview and suitable options and upsells can be proposed. Secure payments, analytics, conversion tracking, tax, are all covered by Villagogo.
For sales teams, the most important feature for teams is the integration with a worthy CRM. We integrate with live feeds to Salesforce or Zoho. The benefits of this approach are:
