Support

We have many clients with many different requirements for support. We provide everything from support for your in-house development team, to full support of your site, guaranteeing that it stays up and responsive at all times.

All of our support contracts follow a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and are run on a model whereby you only pay for what you use. We prioritise all support issues, based on their importance to you and the impact that the work will have on the site. All support issues are dealt with through our own internal bug-tracking system. For some of our more technical clients we offer access to this - allowing them to raise their own issues directly in the system.

We also provide support and monitoring for hosting solutions, we run monitoring scripts 24/7 linked to our SMS gateway giving us immediate notification of specific issues with your site.
